OVERCOMING THE INSECURITY OF BEING MIXED

I had the pleasure of being invited to be a guest on the Get It Girl TV segment Esa Soy Yo to speak about my biggest insecurity and how I overcame it. Honestly, it is still work in progress, because I keep hearing hate everywhere I go, but I made it my main focus to respond with love. The question that stays in my heart from being raised catholic has always been: "What would Jesus do?" If I live my life in his image, who cares if he existed and was really God in the flesh, because at the end of the day, we are all God's, or the Universe's children. So, I want us to get along and learn from each other instead of inflating the ego. There is no white or black without including all the colors of the rainbow!
